Troubleshooting

If you're seeing outdated data, slow loading, or login problems, clearing your browser's cache and site data usually fixes it.

Browser DevTools (fastest)

  1. 1.Open SchoolNet Global in your browser.
  2. 2.Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Option+I on Mac) to open Developer Tools.
  3. 3.Open the "Application" tab (Chrome/Edge) or "Storage" tab (Firefox).
  4. 4.Find "Clear site data" / "Clear storage" and click it.
  5. 5.Close DevTools and refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R).

Chrome / Edge

  1. 1.Click the three-dot menu (⋮) → Settings.
  2. 2.Go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  3. 3.Choose "All time" as the time range.
  4. 4.Check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data".
  5. 5.Click "Clear data".

Firefox

  1. 1.Open the menu → Settings.
  2. 2.Go to Privacy & Security.
  3. 3.Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data".
  4. 4.Click "Clear Data", check both boxes, and confirm.

Heads up: Clearing site data will sign you out and remove locally stored preferences, so you'll need to log in again afterwards.

Other common issues

  • Page not loading: Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
  • Login issues: Clear cookies for this site, then sign in again.
  • Outdated information: Clear cache storage and refresh the page.
  • Slow performance: Clear all site data and restart your browser.
